ACCOMMODATIONS

We're overjoyed that you're joining us for this special weekend in Tahoe! We've planned for everything to be taken care of with your all-inclusive reservation, from the moment you get to camp on Friday until you leave on Sunday morning. All rooms, meals, snacks, and booze will covered, as well as all of the outdoor activities that you can imagine and a few surprises that you can't.

RSVP

Please let us know if you'll be able to make it as soon as possible. To let us know if you'll be celebrating with us, please mail back the RSVP card that was enclosed with the invitation. Before mailing, please read the information below regarding lodging payment.

PAYMENT

Sierra Camp provides an all-inclusive stay for guests. Because we are renting the site for the entire weekend, Sierra Camp does not reduce the rate for partial stays, i.e. one night or just meals. The cost for lodging, meals, and beverages for the whole weekend - from Friday night till Sunday morning - is $400 per guest aged 12 and up.  For our smaller guests, aged 4-12, the cost is $50. For our teeny, tiny guests, under 4 years old, everything is free of charge.

Camp will accept payment in person when you arrive. Unfortunately, camp does not accept credit cards. They only accept payment via personal check or cash.
